Chiara Francesconi

Chiara Francesconi is Assistant Professor PhD in General Sociology at the University of Macerata. She’s been carrying out many studies in the field about changes of urban areas, the touristic organization in the mediterrean area, the poverty and the social exclusion. In the last two years she’s been focusing her work on method of qualitative social research and particularly on the relationship between sociology and ethnology. She is the author of many articles and monographic books, including: Sport e turismo in Riviera.
