Francesca Coltrinari is Assistant Professor in History of early modern Art, University of Macerata. She teaches History of early modern Art. Member of the Scientific Committee and editor-in-chief of the Journal "Il Capitale Culturale. Studies on the Value of Cultural Heritage" (indexed journal WOS). Member of the Scientific Committee for the exhibition Rinascimento scolpito (2006) and for the international Congress, Lorenzo Lotto, per una geografia dell’anima (2009).

Chiara Francesconi is Assistant Professor PhD in General Sociology at the University of Macerata.
She’s been carrying out many studies in the field about changes of urban areas, the touristic organization in the mediterrean area, the poverty and the social exclusion. In the last two years she’s been focusing her work on method of qualitative social research and particularly on the relationship between sociology and ethnology.

Spyridon Mamalis is Associate  Professor of Marketing and Head of the Department of Oenology and beverage technology, at East Macedonia and Thrace institute of Technology.
Dr Mamalis holds a BSc in agricultural Economics, an MSc degree in Food Marketing and a PhD in Food Marketing.
He is the president of Geotechnical chamber of Greece since 2011. Also is a member of the board of European Confederation of Agronomists Associations.

Stefano Mugnoz, architect and managing partner of U-Space. Specialist in urban regeneration of historical city centres, he also developed high expertise in sustainable development, energy efficiency, urban planning and policies at local level. He has significant experience in preparation and management of national and EU Community-funded projects. Starting from 2006, he collaborated with the Spatial Planning Department of the University of Rome “La Sapienza”; with the Department of Urban Studies of the University of Roma Tre.
