Ivana Čapeta Rakić graduated from The Arts Academy of the University of Split on 12 July 2002 with the diploma in restoration - conservation, specializing in restoration - conservation of easel paintings. In 2011, she successfully defended her doctoral dissertation titled “Works of the Santa Croce workshop on the Eastern Adriatic Coast” thus becoming the Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in the field of humanities, specifically art history. She was the recipient of “scholarship for excellence in the humanities” awarded to her by the Rotary Club of Split. |

Alessio Cavicchi is Associate Professor at the Department of Education, Cultural Heritage and Tourism at University of Macerata (Italy). He received his PhD in Economics of Food and Environmental Resources from University of Naples “Parthenope”. He previously got a Master of Science (MSc) in Food Economics and Marketing from University of Reading (UK). His main fields of interest and research are marketing and consumer food choice, sustainable tourism, rural branding and innovation in the agro-food sector. |

Mara Cerquetti is a researcher in Management at the Department of Education, Cultural Heritage and Tourism of the University of Macerata (UniMC). At the same University she teaches Management and Organization of Cultural Institutions and Cultural Heritage Management. She has been a member of the Scientific Committee and Editorial Board of the Journal «Il Capitale Culturale. Studies on the Value of Cultural Heritage» (<http://riviste.unimc.it/index.php/cap-cult>) since 2010. |
